【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoverswovenglassfabriccoatedwithfullycuredoleoresinousvarnish,epoxyresin,polyurethaneresin,orpolyesterresin.Excludedarecoatedpolyester-glassfabricandglassfabriccoatedwithsiliconeresinsandsiliconeelastomers.Itisrecognizedthatseveralproperties,notablybreakingstrengthanddielectricstrength,arerelatedtothestyleofbasefabricusedforanyparticularthickness.Thisspecificationhasbeendevelopedformaterialsusingfabricswovenfromrelativelycoarse-filamentyarnsandinsomecasesfromrelativelyopen-weaveconstructions,andpropertyvaluesarefrequentlysomewhatlowerthaniffinerfilamentyarnsorcloserweaveconstructionswereused.Theuseristhereforealertedthatsignificantlyhigherlevelsofperformancetestvaluesmaybeobtainedthroughtheuseoftheselattertypesofalternatebaseconstructions.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.
