【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofmicrowaveovensforhouseholdandsimilaruse,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250V.Thisstandardalsodealswithcombinationmicrowaveovens,forwhichAnnexAAisapplicable.Thisstandardalsodealswithmicrowaveovensintendedtobeusedonboardships,forwhichAnnexBBisapplicable.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholdusebutwhichneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.However,iftheapplianceisintendedtobeusedprofessionallytoprocessfoodforcommercialpurposes,theapplianceisnotconsideredtobeforhouseholdandsimilaruseonly.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount–persons(includingchildren)whose?physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or?lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;–childrenplayingwiththeappliance.
