【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethodsofhardnesstestingofsinteredmetalmaterials,excludinghardmetals.1Procedure1determinestheapparenthardnessofthewholematerial.Procedure1—appliestosinteredmetalmaterialswhichhaveeithernotbeensubjectedtoanyheattreatment,orwhichhavebeenheattreatedinsuchawaythatthehardnessisessentiallyuniformtoadepthofatleast5mmbelowthesurface,—appliestothesurfacesofsinteredmetalmaterialswhichhavebeentreatedinsuchawaythatthehardnessisnotuniforminthesectiontoadepthof5mmbelowthesurface,—thereforeappliestomaterialsinwhichthehardnessisobtainedessentiallybysurfaceenrichmentbycarbon,orbycarbonandnitrogen(forexample,andbycarburising,carbonitriding,nitrocarburisingorsulphidising),and—appliestomaterialswhichhavebeeninductionhardened.2Procedure2determinesthemicrohardnessofthemetalphase.Procedure2—appliestoalltypesofsinteredmetalmaterials.—isused,inparticular,todeterminethehardnessprofileofcase-hardenedorcarbonitridedmaterialsaccordingtothemethoddescribedinISO4507.—alsoappliestoanysinteredmetallicmaterialswhichhavebeensubjectedtosurfacetreatmentssuchaselectrodepositedplating,chemicalcoating,chemicalvapourdeposition(CVD),physicalvapourdeposition(PVD),laser,ionbombardment,etc.Todeterminethemicrohardnessoftreatedsurfaces,Procedure2applies.NOTEHowever,itshouldbenotedthatinternationalagreementhasnotyetbeenreachedonanumberoffactorsinvolvedinmicrohardnesstesting.Nevertheless,theparametersdefinedinProcedure2areimportantenoughtoenableaconsiderablemeasureofstandardisationofextensivelyusedpractices.
