【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62433specifiesmacro-modelsforICstosimulateconductedelectromagneticemissionsonaprintedcircuitboard.ThemodeliscommonlycalledIntegratedCircuitEmissionModel-ConductedEmission(ICEM-CE).TheICEM-CEmodelcanalsobeusedformodellinganIC-die,afunctionalblockandanIntellectualPropertyblock(IP).TheICEM-CEmodelcanbeusedtomodelbothdigitalandanalogueICs.Basically,conductedemissionshavetwoorigins:~conductedemissionsthroughpowersupplyterminalsandgroundreferencestructures;~conductedemissionsthroughinput/output(1/O)terminals.TheICEM-CEmodeladdressesthosetwotypesoforiginsinasingleapproach.Thisstandarddefinesstructuresandcomponentsofthemacro-modelforEMIsimulationtakingintoaccounttheIC'sinternalactivities.Thisstandardgivesgeneraldata,whichcanbeimplementedindifferentformatsorlanguagessuchasIBIS,IMIC,SPICE,VHDL-AMSandVerilog.SPICEishoweverchosenasdefaultsimulationenvironmenttocoveralltheconductedemissions.ThisstandardalsospecifiesrequirementsforinformationthatshallbeincorporatedineachICEM-CEmodelorcomponentpartofthemodelformodelcirculation,butdescriptionsyntaxisnotwithinthescopeofthisstandard.
